MPNC Rentals was started by college friends Michael Silva and Kevin Sherlock.  They both went to Rutgers University and lived off campus, experiencing the benefits and challenges of being a tenant. Kevin and Mike knew exactly what college students wanted and needed because they experienced the Off Campus living lifestyle.  In 2004, they decided to pool their money together and purchase their first property. Due to the quality of their home and dedication to customer service, they became successful and grew the business into seven single family homes.

Kevin and Mike are dedicated to providing the highest quality of consumer service.  They have a roster of several local contractors ranging from carpenters, electricians, to HVAC companies.  This enables MPNC Rentals to diagnose and fix and repairs within 24 hours.

Kevin is a resident of Flemington, NJ  where he lives with this wife and three kids. He works in Ewing at Church & Dwight, the makers of ARM & HAMMER. Kevin's proximity to the houses allows MPNC to address any issues quickly. Mike is a resident of South Brunswick, NJ where he lives with his wife and two children. Mike works for OSHA where work-place safety is their first priority.
